Daily Food Service

Child Care Inc. participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program through the Oklahoma State Department of Education, ensuring all meals served meet the highest nutritional standards and fuel your child’s active, growing body. Every day, we serve breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner. We also provide a later snack during our extended hour programs.

Our daily food service meets federal nutritional guidelines, and we take special care to serve foods that children will eat and enjoy. Our menus are available upon request and posted in the center, so you can always know what we are serving your child.

Please note that, due to the Health Department requirements, we cannot allow food from outside sources.

Dietary Restrictions

Our caregivers can adapt our meals if your child has any special dietary concerns. With approval from your family physician, we can accommodate many different dietary restrictions, ensuring that each child is well-cared for, no matter their specific needs.

Meals for Infants

For infants, mealtimes are served according to each child’s eating patterns and schedules. Your child’s daycare center will provide all food (as listed on the menu), formula, rice cereal, and serving utensils. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring breastmilk, formula, or baby food.

Developmental Screening

Children often have the best educational experience when they can enjoy learning activities based on their individual needs. At Child Care Inc., we provide developmental screenings that allow us to monitor key milestones and areas where your child may need extra support. This helps us understand each child’s abilities, allowing our team to plan activities that foster growth in every area of their development.

We also provide screenings for hearing, vision, and speech. If any concerns are identified, we refer families to professional services that can help support the child’s development. This individualized approach ensures that every child gets the resources they need to thrive. If you have any questions about screenings, please do not hesitate to reach out.
